Peter Cole B.Comm., M.ED.
Peter is a former senior executive of the Victorian Department of Education and has extensive management and strategic leadership experience within the education sector. As a Senior Executive within the Education Department Peter managed School Reorganisation, Curriculum Development and Training and Development.
Peter was also a researcher and policy analyst with the Curriculum Advisory Board, the State Board of Education and the Victorian Institute of Secondary Education. Peter is an accredited school performance reviewer, accredited principal coach and accredited school registration reviewer. He has completed over one hundred school performance reviews for the Office for Government School Education.
He has extensive experience and expertise in:
Dahle Suggett B.A., M.Ed., Ph.D.
Dahle has had over 25 years experience in executive management and policy and strategy development in both the public and private sectors. Her focus has been education and training, social policy, strategic planning, management and leadership.
From 2004-10 she has been at the executive level in the public sector with responsibility for policy and strategy leadership. Most recently she was the Deputy Director-General, Policy and Strategy, NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet and prior to that, Deputy Secretary, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development ,Victoria. In these positions Dahle lead major policy reviews and reforms such as a state wide school system improvement agenda, public sector outcomes performance management, and workforce and leadership development.
Prior to that Dahle was a Director and consultant in the Allen Consulting Group, a leading economics and public policy consulting group where she specialised in education and training, business strategy and corporate social responsibility. She has also been an executive in the chemical and plastics industry, had experience in international business and the public sector in United States and Europe and teaching experience in Higher Education and secondary schools.
Dahle has a BA, M.Ed. Monash University and a Ph.D. University of Melbourne. She has served on a number of boards as a non-executive director and has published widely She is a fellow of The Institute of Public Administration Australia (Victoria), was Vice President of the Institute of Public Administration Australia (NSW) and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Graeme is a Director of Laulon Management, Education and Technology Solutions, a Senior Research Associate (Honorary) in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne, an Associate of the Assessment Research Centre (Melbourne University) and a Co-Director of the Certain Knowledge consultancy group. He specialises in research and policy development, leadership development and school improvement.

Vic is a consultant and writer, and Director of Zbar Consulting which specialises in educational consulting and evaluation, and organisational development within Australia and internationally.

Tony is Executive Director of the Centre for Strategic Education and a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for Post-compulsory Education and Life-long Learning at The University of Melbourne. Tony specialises in the areas of school and system leadership, improvement and innovation.
